{"id":5725,"date":"2011-06-14T16:35:37","date_gmt":"2011-06-15T00:35:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/?p=5725"},"modified":"2011-06-14T16:35:37","modified_gmt":"2011-06-15T00:35:37","slug":"lush-review-perennial-garden-bath-cocktail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/?p=5725","title":{"rendered":"Lush Review: Perennial Garden Bath Cocktail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>My Perennial Garden bath cocktail was a sweet white powdery floral citrus blend.\u00a0 A perfect before sleep treat.\u00a0 My mind is always busy with some mundane thought but all I could think of were the pop-pops of the bath bubbles for a change.\u00a0 All I needed was a rubber ducky to sail on by.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb: <\/strong>Mild florals and citrusy.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seven rosebuds<\/li>\n<li>Rose absolute<\/li>\n<li>Geranium oil<\/li>\n<li>Lemon oil<\/li>\n<li>Jasmine absolute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-tisty-tosty-bath-bomb.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-5726\" title=\"lush tisty tosty bath bomb\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-tisty-tosty-bath-bomb-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>1 Pop in the Bath Bubble Bar: <\/strong>Sweet citrusy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bergamot oil<\/li>\n<li>Lemon oil<\/li>\n<li>Orange flower absolute<\/li>\n<li>Mandarin oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-pop-in-the-bath-bubble-bar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-5727\" title=\"lush pop in the bath bubble bar\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-pop-in-the-bath-bubble-bar-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/2 Floating Island Bath Melt:<\/strong> Mildly sweet floral  scent.\u00a0 Made the bath very moisturizing.\u00a0 I  mean, what bath melt  doesn\u2019t?\u00a0 This one is a slow froth.\u00a0 I\u2019ve used  this bath melt a few times already but now its scent reminds me of a  Connecticut Muffin Angel Cake muffin =)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Almond oil<\/li>\n<li>Sandlewood oil<\/li>\n<li>Lemon oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-floating-island-bath-melt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-5728\" title=\"lush floating island bath melt\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nycupcake.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/lush-floating-island-bath-melt-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>A Ring of Roses Soap:<\/strong> A lovely gently floral  fragranced soap.\u00a0 I always worry about anything floral because I really  dislike the scent of lavender (smells too medicinal and herbal) and  geraniums (smells like burnt plastic).\u00a0 I know lavender is supposed to  be calming, so it\u2019s unfortunate that I dislike that scent.\u00a0 I do think  dried lavender looks gorgeous in a clay vase.\u00a0 RR was to my relief  nicely scented and it left my skin moisturized.\u00a0 For someone with normal  or combo skin, many Lush melts and soaps make post-bath lotion  unnecessary.
