Last night I received a hysterical letter from a seller because I gave her neutral feedback. I knew it would be bad since her letter began with a “OMG” (Oh my God). Her letter followed after my diplomatic response of why she was given a neutral rating for the transaction. I explained that the fourth picture (of the item’s interior) she posted did not match the item she sent me, although I did acknowledge her for the fast delivery and nice item’s exterior. Was I so wrong? I think there are some people out there who would have just given her negative feedback. She tried to make an excuse that the fourth picture she posted was “oops the wrong picture.” Why didn’t she double-check it before leaving it on the auction? Some people are unbelievable.
