My newest bird Florenza… I missed out on it months ago and held onto the hope that someone somewhere still had one to auction off. I searched for it nearly daily too! I love the blushy pink of the pincushion and that it has “springy” legs. It’s on my desk right now keeping me company as I’m typing away. It’s too cute =)… Okay, this may be categorized as a small guilty pleasure =P.

I’m very interested in your chicken pin cushion. I have one and I don’t have a clue what it is worth. I don’t know if I should insure it, sell it, or put it on my odd shelf.
Hi Trea:
You may want to check on auction sites for the current going rate or speak to someone who specializes in antiques/vintage items. Antique dealers are normally knowledgeable and helpful. The majority of the Florenzas I’ve seen average in the $20s range but could cost more or less depending on its rarity.
