I was on line to pay for my snack and drink at Barnes & Nobles when these pretty little pastel candies caught my eye (strategically placed next to the register, might I add). I’ve never been the biggest fan of non pareils; not that I had ever turned any down either. These minty goodies taste a bit like After Eights, which I loved for many years. Great for me since I’ve been crossing chocolate off my list due to its caffeine content. I really like to keep a small container of them in my purse as after dinner mints. A week or two later, I was at Michaels Crafts and saw an adorable “milk bottle” filled with tiny fish-shaped hard candies in assorted colors. I didn’t realize they were made by the same company until I read the label. My husband said they got me pegged.
