I don’t know why these brands seem so similar to one another in my opinion? I really admire all of them. I’ve heard of Tocca since the late 1990s. The other two I’ve only discovered within these past few years. I guess they seem similar since all three brands create designs which seem youthful, playful, colorful, and light-hearted to me…
